The campsite was extremely busy for the end of August but the bakery was excellent!
The lap pool had kids swimming in it. The spa had under 18s in there too, a shame since this is where I wanted to be without kids! In the spa, you need to add a light system so that people move around the jets, otherwise people just hog that area for too long!
Accommodation review
It was near the beach access.
No shade!

The campsite itself was lovely. Very big. Direct access to the beach. We got sent away from the swimming pool for wearing swimming shorts, and that we found ridiculous for 2023. We stayed with Eurocamp and this was absolutely horrible. The caravan was so old, everything was yellow and dirty. Never again.
Eurocamp caravan was horrible. You can’t wear shorts in the swimming pool, ridiculous.
Accommodation review
Caravan was big.
Everything else.

For a large holiday camp style place this carries it off well. Every is really busy but that's what you come for right? You certainly don't get peace and quiet but you knew that before get to this review. The pool is nice and beach is perfect in that it doesn't get deep until a long way out.
Reception told us that the teenage club was in the other resort which was a 15-min walk so they opted not to go. On the penultimate day we found that Le Beach Garden also had a teenage club, it just wasn't on the map. We were also told incorrect information about the bus and camp exits which, whilst not drastic, made for a few annoying errors.

The beach is our absolute favourite place to be so perfect location with great access to the beach. We had 3 cabins near each other for our grown children and grandchildren and there was plenty to keep everyone happy. They all loved the pools and the fun activities for small children were perfect. The morning walk to the bakery for fresh croissants and bread was the best part of the day for our 3 year old grandson!
The nightly entertainment/animation could be modified to be more appropriate for young children say from 7:30 to 8:30 then have more adult entertainment until 10 pm. The security staff in the evening entertainment area were very heavy handed with our grandchildren when they were dancing to the music at about 8:30 pm. It made us not go back for any further shows. The music was far too loud every night until after 11 pm which is not suited to many people. We are asked to be respectful of others with noise in the evening but our windows were literally shaking from the bass of the music.

The pool area was well set up to deal with the amount of people. Reception were very friendly and helpful.
The showers and toilets were not very clean. The whole campsite was very noisy in the evenings, very loud and conflicting music from the neighbouring campsite wasn't great. The local shops were very limited and a bit tacky.
Accommodation review
Good set up, quite overlooked but this seemed the same with most pitches.
How noisy the campsite was in the evening.

Not informed about changes to pitch layout. Since our last stayWas sent old map on email and therefore our selection was incorrect. Madd it feel overcrowded
Lack of privacy and shade on pitches. Removal of trees made site lose its character

Good size pitch but no privacy. Too regimental
Lack if privacy

Loved the Area, Easy/very welcoming check-in. Pitch location/size good. All-day fresh Bakery offerings. Coolness of bar area. Well stocked shop. Entertainment - something for everyone. Fab Spa facilities and knowledgible staff. Best treatment experience in 25years.
Swimming pool police, advised us to get out of pool as decathlon swim shorts not licra/suitable. No signs noticed to say otherwise. Yet noted some others had day shorts on. SPOILED our day. Will not use pool again as prefer not to use tight licra products. Perhaps a note on check-in info would save others this unecessary embarrassment.
Accommodation review
Pitch Location v/good, close to all amenities. Pitch 266, very long, circa 110+x80.
In my opinion the directional Signage needs to be better/larger. Access roads to pitches tight at corners, for large vehicles. Bushes need trimmed back more for visability/client safety.

We camped in a tent for 2 weeks - the cleanliness of the site was excellent.
My only 3 criticisms are: toilets and shower blocks - not enough - we often had to queue. And we visited the restaurant on 31st for my birthday - the service was slow, and it felt that staff were not engaged/bothered that we were there. I was asked what birthday I was having when we booked as we were led to believe that they would write on my desert plate or provide a special dessert - this didn’t happen. Finally, whilst out of your control in the first instance - the games area is a con - the machines only take 2€ coins, so when over excited children put 1€ coins in they don’t come back out.
Accommodation review
The view, noise of the sea
Whilst it’s sandy, the pitch is technically hard standing - so I had real difficulty pegging my tent out - this should be made clearer on the pitch information when booking.

The only good thing about the camping site in the peak season is the friendly staff
The pitches are so small, that you can barely get your equipment stored. We provided the team with the size of our camping gear - no one gave us a heads-up that there is no space on our pitch left.

Far too small, next neighbours too close. Horrible.
